Look what's happening in 3rd grade music this quarter!

​3rd grade students are exploring steady beat, pitch and rhythm through singing, moving and playing and improvising on classroom instruments.  We are learning xylophone technique and how to find a melody by listening to the direction of the pitches.  Students began writing rhythm patterns and putting words to the rhythms.
